Use 3FF SIM cards only, ideally rated at -40 Celsius. Do not use Consumer grade Triple Punch (2FF/3FF/4FF) SIMs as our tests show that they fail at -20 Celsius. Always have the latest, approved firmware in your possession before starting a modem install/replacement.
