Airport Approach Lighting Training

Flash University offers detailed, component-level airport training on airport approach lighting installation and operation in classroom and field settings. In addition to expert instruction, class participants receive reference manuals, copies of specifications, regulations and new product updates.

Classes are held at the customer’s location. The class session times may vary but typically consist of a morning session in the classroom and an afternoon session in the field. In the afternoon session, the instructor guides class participants in commissioning (inspecting/repairing) the system as well as other skills and knowledge gained earlier that morning. Class size is typically limited to 15 participants per session.

This training gives your technicians an invaluable opportunity to become more familiar with aviation approach lighting systems, ever-changing guidelines and time-saving techniques used to identify system requirements, ultimately saving your company significant time and money.
