For in-depth, component-level training conducted by technical specialists, attend one of our Flash University classes. We offer training on medium intensity, high intensity and airport lighting. Onsite consultations for medium intensity lighting are also available.
Flash Tech Support is at your service from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time from Monday through Friday and on-call as required. All calls are recorded for training purposes, reviewed as needed and available upon request. Flash-monitored equipment is accessible through an online web portal that allows customer management of sites and tickets. An executive-level dashboard shows the current alarm status for all sites and provides access to ticket and alarm history. The customer can open and close tickets through the portal without calling into the NOC.
