B3 and C3 Tower Types

The B3 and C3 tower types are over 700′ tall but not more than 1050′ excluding any appurtenances and are lit by 9 flashing L-856 white high intensity beacons.

B3 Towers

B towers have no appurtenances greater than 40′ so no L-865 beacon is required

C3 Towers

C towers have appurtenances greater than 40′ and 1 L-865 white medium intesity beacon is required on top
