Voice of the Customer

There is always a critical piece to every business and that is you the customer. Flash has always solicited feedback from customers, whether it was attending a Flash University training session, on the phone with one of our technical support staff or with one of our sales representatives. We value your opinion! If not for you where would we be? There have been several product improvements and advancements based on direct feedback and input from you. To continue that spirit we have created this section for your input. Here you can showcase your installation recommendations and techniques that may be a valuable asset to all. If you would like to use this venue as a testimonial to our product line or an experience with one of our employees we would be glad to hear it and possibly post in this section for everyone to see. If there is a topic that you would like to be addressed in the Tech Takeaways & Tips section please feel free to do so. Depending on demand we will select the hottest topic in most cases or something pertinent to current events. You have our attention.

Welcome to Flash University!

Barry Baird: Instructor

I always like to remind every class that attends a Flash University event that the class belongs to them and to make the most of their time while they are here. The participation, questions and interaction between each other is critical for a very insightful class and great learning expirience. Please make the most of your next visit and I will do everything I can to make it as educational and beneficial as possible, the rest is up to you. Keep it safe and always remember 100% Tie Off.

Coming up: Pictures of the Month

Submit your photos to Flash of recent events during installations or site visits. Each month a picture will be selected as picture of the month and we will also select from the monthly winner a picture of the year. When emailing your photo please include your name and physical company address.

Also notice he is using the FH 324-2 Safety Support Tool to avoid damage to the flashhead. This tool is available at no cost to all students attending class or is available for purchase through our spare parts department. Great shot guys!
