Cranes that are close to airports, or are not able to be lowered at nightfall require the following:

High-tension power lines need to be lit in areas where pilots need to be aware of the start and end of these wires.

207 & 208 – High intensity obstruction lights using white only strobe. The candela is 100K day/ 20K twilight/ 2K night, pulse rate = 60 flashes per minute.
