All calls are recorded for training purposes, reviewed as needed and available upon request. We strive to deliver responsive service; in 2021, we answered support calls in an average of two minutes and 18 seconds.

Flash-monitored equipment is accessible through an online web portal that allows customer management of sites and tickets. An executive-level dashboard shows the current alarm status for all sites and provides access to ticket and alarm history. The customer can open and close tickets through the portal without calling into the NOC.
